Recently I have dared to manufacture Meat Dumplings by my own hands (though I did it so earlier, it is simple in other scale, volume). Whether I reflected on it earlier? Certainly, but it was impossible to find convenient time and the necessary mood.
And so it started! It was necessary to update the recipe of the test and forcemeat, and work there has begun.... It has suddenly appeared that my refrigerator does not suffice for storage of the increasing volume of my hobby. It's quite important to tell that it was necessary to resort to acquisition of the freezing chamber.
For the convenient storage it is necessary to use plastic packs, that usually remained after ice-cream (keeps within there nearby 500g.).
It would be desirable that my products had some special features which would be able to distinguish them to any signs from other similar products made by other people! And the decision has been found! Now, they differ not only on stuffing structure, but also under the external form!
In general it seemed to me that the initial plan has turned out Each box is about 2,5 kg (right picture), plus 1 kilo pack on the top and some of them in the plastic bag...
Here you can see some variants of ready meals that looks very delicious and it is already possible to eat it!
